Omar Hassan Ring the Bell: 40 years with Vans and 2026 Skateboarding Hall of Fame

The 2026 Skateboarding Hall of Fame hosted by Vans took place right here in our backyard and was a true display of the best our community has to offer. Major shout out to our friend Omar Hassan for being inducted into this years group and being honored by Vans at the Ring the Bell ceremony held the day prior. Omar was presented with his own conference room at Vans HQ as a token of his loyalty and commitment thru 40 years of sponsorship with Vans. To be a bug on the wall in that room while they cook up new plans for keeping the fire lit for the next generation, Vans is in good hands little buddy. The Hall of Fame Ceremony was filled with all skate personalities from every generation of skateboarding giving the event a perfect balance of skate rat and class, something for everyone. Food, drinks, treats, memorabilia, signatures and photos were to be had as everyone filled in the courtyard for the presentations to begin.
